• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
• Deliveries begin at 12:00 PM and continue throughout the day, with deliveries completed by 6:00 PM.
• For orders that must arrive before or after a specific time, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to coordinate your requested delivery time with our existing delivery schedule.

• If your order must arrive before a specific time—especially for a funeral, memorial, church service, business order, or event—please contact us in advance to reserve a special delivery window.
• 48-hour advance ordering is recommended for funeral pieces requiring special flowers or sourcing. This helps us provide the best selection and ensure your arrangement is completed and delivered before the service.
• Pickup orders will receive an email notification when their flowers are ready.
• Please double-check all delivery addresses to prevent delays.
• Orders with a mobile number provided will receive text notifications and GPS delivery confirmation.
• We strongly recommend providing the recipient’s mobile number whenever possible to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

• During peak floral holidays, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, delivery volumes are significantly higher. We appreciate your patience while our team works to complete every order with care.

The bouquet that was delivered looked exactly like the picture! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I had placed the order online before the store was open, and called to follow up. I spoke with Trinity who was just beyond delightful and helpful. She’s even the one who delivered my order, they have this awesome tracking program that sends you text notifications when the order is on the way. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from Infinity again :) !

My Mom is in lockdown in a Memory Care facility. My brother and I both used Infinity Floral Designs to send her flowers for her 94th birthday. The flowers were fresh and gorgeous. Thank you Infinity Floral Designs!
