Deliveries begin at 12:00 PM and continue throughout the day, with deliveries completed by 6:00 PM.
If your order must arrive before a specific time, especially for a funeral, memorial, church service, business order, or event, please contact us in advance to reserve special delivery window.
48-hour advance ordering is recommended for funeral pieces requiring special flowers or sourcing. This helps us provide the best selection and ensure your arrangement is completed and delivered before the service.
Pickup Orders will receive an email notification when their flowers are ready.
Please double-check all delivery addresses to prevent delays.
Orders with a mobile number will receive text notifications and GPS delivery confirmation.
We strongly recommend providing the recipient’s mobile number whenever possible to help ensure successful delivery.

During peak floral holidays, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, delivery volumes are significantly higher. We appreciate your patience while our team works to complete every order with care.

I live in Tacoma Washington. I wanted to purchase from a local florist. I was a little apprehensive. Boy am I glad I did. Talk about attention to detail! Best part was actual photo of arrangement before delivering. It is beautiful. And tracking the delivery truck when it left. Notification when delivered. I would not change one thing. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
