• Funeral Orders require a 48-hour lead time for sourcing.

• Orders containing alcohol must be signed for by someone over the age of 21.
Alcohol deliveries cannot be left unattended at the door.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

This arrangement was beyond spectacular! My sister was absolutely thrilled! She sent me photos, but now looking at the one here I can see this arrangement was much larger than expected. Very creative and VERY generous. I also truly appreciated the call from the floral designer to ask some questions about substitutions. Extremely grateful and pleased! We will absolutely be ordering again.
