• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
• Deliveries begin at 12:00 PM and continue throughout the day, with deliveries completed by 6:30PM no later than 7pm.
• For orders that must arrive before or after a specific time, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to coordinate your requested delivery time with our existing delivery schedule.
Special delivery times are subject to availability.
• If your order must arrive before a specific time—especially for a funeral, memorial, church service, business order, or event—please contact us in advance to reserve a special delivery window.
• 48-hour advance ordering is recommended for funeral pieces requiring special flowers or sourcing. This helps us provide the best selection and ensure your arrangement is completed and delivered before the service.
• Pickup orders will receive an email notification when their flowers are ready.
• Please double-check all delivery addresses to prevent delays.
• Orders with a mobile number provided will receive text notifications and GPS delivery confirmation.
• We strongly recommend providing the recipient’s mobile number whenever possible to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery.
HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
• During peak floral holidays, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, delivery volumes are significantly higher. We appreciate your patience while our team works to complete every order with care.

ALCOHOL DELIVERY
• Orders containing alcohol must be accepted and signed for by someone 21 years of age or older.
• Alcohol-containing orders cannot be left unattended.

The service provided to me surpassed anything I anticipated. I was able to update my order with a delivery time for the funeral, and received a response indicating the florist would make the delivery on time. I was then notified by text that the flowers were being delivered. The florist even sent a photo of the bouquet they created via email. WOW! I highly recommend this florist.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
