• All orders with a mobile number provided will receive a text notification and GPS delivery confirmation.
• We strongly recommend providing the recipient’s mobile number to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery..

• Funeral Orders require a 48-hour lead time for sourcing.
Important:
• Orders containing alcohol must be signed for by someone over the age of 21.
Alcohol deliveries cannot be left unattended at the door.
Rememberance Bouquet
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

The service provided to me surpassed anything I anticipated. I was able to update my order with a delivery time for the funeral, and received a response indicating the florist would make the delivery on time. I was then notified by text that the flowers were being delivered. The florist even sent a photo of the bouquet they created via email. WOW! I highly recommend this florist.
