Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. I am very pleased with my whole experience with Infinity Floral. I ordered online, from out of town, an arrangement for my mom for her birthday. The arrangement was absolutely beautuful, and actually looked like the picture, which was a first for me. I have ordered flowers from several other places and have been very disappointed. I also liked being text with the progress of the delivery. I will be ordering again.

I researched many floral shops to find the perfect bouquet for my mom, who is grieving my grandpa's passing. My mom was floored by her bouquet when it arrived! The standard size is bigger and more beautiful than I'd expected from the picture. It looks fresh from the garden. The bouquet has truly brightened her heart and home. 5+ stars! All the stars! The ordering process online was easy. What I liked best was the fact that I was kept informed of the delivery time and was provided a GPS tracking system to watch the delivery as it was taking place. The flowers themselves were above and beyond what I had thought they would be and my wife was very happy with the product.

BEAUTIFUL, full, healthy arrangements every time I order!! Love that they send a text and a way to track where the driver is when they are out to deliver so you know when they will be arriving. They even sent a picture of my mom holding her arrangement in a text once it was delivered!
