• Deliveries begin at 12pm daily.
• Kindly be patient with our delivery team, as we continue delivering until all orders are completed (no later than 7:30pm during Peak Season).
• ALL ORDERS with a mobile number provided will receive a text notification, including GPS confirmation of delivery.
• Please provide a mobile number for the recipient to ensure someone will be available to receive the delivery.

• Orders containing alcohol must be signed for by someone over the age of 21. Alcohol deliveries cannot be left unattended at the door.
Treat yourself or someone near and dear to your heart to a Flower Subscription! Each month our designers will create a fresh, garden styled vase arrangement of seasonal blooms in a beautiful vessel. Please select the delivery date for the first month when ordering and we will contact you to arrange the delivery dates for the following months.
Infinity Floral offers 3, 6, or 12 month flower subscriptions.
3 Months Subscription = Bouquet Valued at $89.99 = STANDARD
6 Months Subscription = Bouquet Valued at $91.66 = DELUXE
12 Month Subscription = Bouquet Valued at $100.00 = PREMIUM

We will create lovely bouquets of seasonal flowers and have them hand delivered to their door so they can enjoy the beauty of fresh flowers throughout the period of time you request.
For specific color requests please leave us a note when ordering and we will try to accommodate the request. All our floral pieces are custom and individually made.
All deliveries require a phone number for the person(s) receiving the flowers.
For all major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas), we recommend that you place your orders at least three to five days in advance.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
