• 48-hour advance ordering is recommended for funeral pieces requiring special flowers or sourcing. This helps us provide the best selection and ensure your arrangement is completed and delivered before the service.
• Pickup orders will receive an email notification when their flowers are ready.
• Please double-check all delivery addresses to prevent delays.
• Orders with a mobile number provided will receive text notifications and GPS delivery confirmation.
• We strongly recommend providing the recipient’s mobile number whenever possible to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

• During peak floral holidays, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, delivery volumes are significantly higher. We appreciate your patience while our team works to complete every order with care.

The BEST floral service I’ve ever received and gorgeous flowers, too! Infinity delivered a beautiful arrangement to my mom’s house and sent me several texts to keep me updated. I received a text when they were a few minutes away from delivery, a message confirming delivery, and a photo of the exact bouquet they delivered. The service was amazing and the flowers lovely. I will be using them again—I feel like this was money well spent.

I was very impressed with the convenience of ordering online and the above and beyond communication from the florist including the photo of the finished arrangement and the messages updating when it would be delivered. Bravo on using all the internet technology to make your business even more customer friendly! The recipient of the flowers loved them and said they were the most beautiful arrangement that he and his wife had ever seen. Bravo!

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
