• 48-hour advance ordering is recommended for funeral pieces requiring special flowers or sourcing. This helps us provide the best selection and ensure your arrangement is completed and delivered before the service.
• Pickup orders will receive an email notification when their flowers are ready.
• Please double-check all delivery addresses to prevent delays.
• Orders with a mobile number provided will receive text notifications and GPS delivery confirmation.
• We strongly recommend providing the recipient’s mobile number whenever possible to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

• During peak floral holidays, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, delivery volumes are significantly higher. We appreciate your patience while our team works to complete every order with care.

As someone who lives out of town, you're always worried when ordering flowers from a florist that you know nothing about. I was so thrilled with the service and the beautiful flowers that I ordered! They text me when the flowers were on their way and sent a photo of the lovely arrangement. I highly recommend them!!

Our dear friend is caring for our Mom when we cannot be there in Arizona with her. The flowers were a way for us to show our appreciation. She was thrilled with the arrangement. You never know what you’re getting with a florist long distance. Infinity’s website was easy, the creative designs were not boiler plate. They texted me when they were on the way, called me when the recipient wasn’t home and emailed a photo, albeit the same one from the website. Our friend also emailed a photo and it was very close to that of the website with the exception of a couple of color changes - still in the same family of colors. All in all, a terrific. I highly recommend Infinity!

They came out beautiful!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
