If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The flowers were lovely and arrived on time. Unfortunately the greeting card was not on, so the recipients did not know who they were from. They happened to call me and told me about the mystery flowers and I was able to tell them they were from me. A little awkward but glad they found out who they were from.

This floral arrangement was ordered for my sister. They arrived on the scheduled day, with text alert to keep me current of delivery time. As I was not there to see them, my sister promptly texted me a photo of her surprise. She was delighted with the arrangement and as I could see the photo from her, they far exceeded the beauty of the photo on the web site.
