• Funeral Orders require a 48-hour lead time for sourcing. Please check with the store for availability. Pricing may vary. Please call store to reserve order.
• Deliveries begin at 12pm daily.
• Kindly be patient with our delivery team, as we continue delivering until all orders are completed (no later than 7:30pm during Peak Season).
• Please double check delivery address for accuracy to avoid delays.
• ALL ORDERS with a mobile number provided will receive a text notification, including GPS confirmation of delivery.
• Please provide a mobile number for the recipient to ensure someone will be available to receive the delivery.
• All sales are final.
Important:
• Orders containing alcohol must be signed for by someone over the age of 21. Alcohol deliveries cannot be left unattended at the door.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Absolutely beautiful arrangement! It was the perfect “thinking of you” expression for someone what has positively impacted my world in a short amount of time!!! It’s my first time receiving roses, when I saw the wonderful lady walk into my job with this huge bouquet of roses I thought “someone got ROSES I can’t wait to see who it is” little did I know they were for me. I was speechless and just started making noises like when you see the cutest dog walking past you in your morning walk. If I was able to give a 10 star rating I would give it all 10. I felt so special at work, especially with all my coworkers staring. Thank you Infinity Floral Designs for having the freshest, most beautiful roses available for my honey to buy for me hehhe
